- Les Tontons:
Known for the most astonishing exhibit of varieties of steak tartare: from the crude old style steak tartare to the allez-retours (semi crude, streak container flame broiled). This was so worth to go to that we drove from North to South of Paris just to eat here.
My standard thing: Steak tartare allez-retour made with liquefied camembert and nectar inside.
